Vakıfbank Signs $1.3 Billion Securitization Agreement with Apollo

Vakıfbank has executed a $1.3 billion securitization transaction with funds managed by Apollo under its Diversified Payment Rights (DPR) program. This transaction marks the highest-volume and longest-term DPR agreement with a single investor in the Turkish banking sector. Securitization allows the bank to obtain liquidity by securitizing its future foreign currency-denominated revenue streams.
