Sasa Polyester Announces TL 5.46 Billion Capital Increase

Sasa Polyester has decided to increase its capital by TL 5.46 billion. The company aims to strengthen its financial structure and secure resources for its growth targets through this move. The capital increase will be carried out using existing shareholders' pre-emptive rights. In a statement to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the company said the entire increase will be fully paid in cash. Following this transaction, Sasa Polyester's paid-in capital will rise significantly. The funds raised from the increase are planned to be used for the company's investment plans and working capital needs. The capital increase process will begin after approval from the Capital Markets Board (SPK) and completion of other legal procedures. Shareholders will have the opportunity to acquire new shares by exercising their pre-emptive rights. Any unexercised pre-emptive rights will be offered for sale on Borsa Istanbul.
