Alarko GYO to Increase Capital by 200% to 6.09 Billion TL
Alarko Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı (GYO) has decided to increase its paid-in capital by 200% within its registered capital ceiling. The company will raise its current capital of 2.03 billion TL to 6.09 billion TL.
The capital increase will be fully funded from internal resources and will be executed as a bonus issue. With this transaction, the company's paid-in capital will increase by 4.06 billion TL to reach 6.09 billion TL.
The increased capital amount will be covered from internal resources such as past years' profits and inflation adjustment differences. This will strengthen the company's equity structure while imposing no cash payment obligation on existing shareholders.
This move by Alarko GYO is seen as a step aligned with the company's growth strategy and goal of strengthening its financial structure. The bonus capital increase aims to increase the company's market value while preserving the share ratios of existing shareholders.

▼ down · 70%ALGYO stock experienced a sharp decline of 16.1% in its latest close, with the RSI dropping to 19.4, entering oversold territory. The capital increase mentioned in the news may be perceived negatively in the short term as it will create a dilution effect for existing shareholders. Technical indicators show the MACD below the signal line and in negative territory, with the stock trading below both the SMA20 and SMA50, suggesting the downtrend may continue. While the oversold zone could trigger short-term buying on dips, the overall weak outlook favors a bearish bias.
