Tesla and NatPower Sign 25 GWh Battery Storage Deal in Europe

Tesla and energy company NatPower have formed a large-scale battery energy storage partnership in Europe. The agreement targets a total storage capacity of over 25 gigawatt-hours. The projects are planned to be implemented in Italy and the United Kingdom. The total construction cost of these projects is expected to be in the range of $4-5 billion. Additionally, the revenue potential over a 20-year period is estimated to exceed $15 billion. This partnership aims to contribute to Europe's renewable energy integration and grid stability. The projects, which will utilize Tesla's Megapack battery systems, are considered a significant step in energy storage.
