Zorlu Group Applies for Financial Restructuring for Vestel and Textile Companies

Zorlu Group, as part of its long-term value creation strategy, has applied for Financial Restructuring (FYY) to align the current loan repayment plans and maturity structures of companies within the Vestel Group and Textile Group with the cash flow generated from operations. Company officials stated that this step aims to improve operational efficiency and strengthen financial sustainability. The application is under evaluation by relevant banks and financial institutions. In a statement, Ahmet Zorlu emphasized that the restructuring process is critical for preserving the companies' competitiveness and supporting their growth potential.
