TSMC and Amkor Form 10-Year Advanced Semiconductor Packaging Partnership in Arizona

The collaboration will cover the packaging of chips produced at TSMC's advanced manufacturing facilities in Arizona. Under the agreement, Amkor will establish a new facility in Arizona, which will provide advanced packaging solutions for TSMC's customers.
