Norway's Sovereign Wealth Fund Forms Strategic Partnership with Asana Partners in the US

Norway's sovereign wealth fund has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Asana Partners, a US real estate firm. The collaboration is seen as part of the fund's strategy to diversify its global portfolio and increase its presence in the US market. Under the partnership, the Norwegian fund will invest in select real estate projects managed by Asana Partners. Asana Partners is known for its mixed-use and retail-focused real estate developments. Financial details of the agreement have not yet been disclosed to the public. Managed by Norges Bank, the fund is one of the world's largest sovereign wealth funds, with total assets exceeding $1.7 trillion. Approximately 3% of its portfolio consists of real estate investments. This partnership aligns with the fund's goal to expand its real estate investments in the US.
