Atlantis Yatırım Acquires Entire Matranç for TRY 144.6 Million

Atlantis Yatırım Holding has acquired all shares of Matranç Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. through its subsidiary. According to the company's statement to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the acquisition was completed at a total price of TRY 144.6 million. The transfer process was carried out by Atlantis Gayrimenkul Yatırımları A.Ş., a wholly owned subsidiary of Atlantis Yatırım Holding. All shares of Matranç were purchased through this company and incorporated into Atlantis Yatırım. According to the financial details of the transaction, the share transfer price was set at TRY 144,600,000. This amount will be paid in cash under the agreement between the companies. The acquisition is considered part of Atlantis Yatırım's portfolio expansion strategy.
