Rock Tech Signs Spodumene Supply Agreement with Transamine

Rock Tech Lithium has taken a significant step in its lithium production chain by signing an agreement with supplier Transamine for the supply of spodumene concentrate. Under the agreement, Rock Tech will procure a specified annual volume of spodumene for use at its lithium hydroxide conversion facility in Germany. This deal is seen as part of the company's strategy to secure raw material supply. Transamine, a global mining and commodities trading firm, will provide high-quality spodumene concentrate to Rock Tech. Deliveries are planned to begin in the first phase starting from 2024. With this supply agreement, Rock Tech aims to increase its lithium hydroxide production capacity in Europe. Rock Tech's CEO stated that the agreement is a critical step toward the company's growth objectives. It was also noted that this collaboration will contribute to efforts to build a sustainable lithium supply chain in Europe.
