Azimut Acquires Yapı Kredi Portföy for $346 Million

Italian asset management firm Azimut Holding has reached an agreement to acquire Yapı Kredi Portföy Yönetimi for $346 million. With this transaction, Azimut becomes the largest private-sector portfolio management company in Turkey. As part of the acquisition agreement, Azimut will establish a 15-year distribution partnership with Yapı Kredi. This partnership will allow Azimut to expand its asset management operations in Turkey and leverage Yapı Kredi's distribution network.
