ONCSM Announces 1200% Bonus Share Issuance: Application Submitted to CMB

Borsa-listed company ONCSM has submitted its official application to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) for a 1200% bonus share issuance. This move aims to increase the company's capital by distributing shares to existing shareholders without requiring any additional payment. According to the announcement, the increase amount has been set at TRY 286.2 million, fully funded from the company's internal resources. Following this transaction, ONCSM's issued capital will rise to TRY 310.05 million. The bonus share issuance will strengthen the company's equity while proportionally increasing the number of shares held by shareholders. Benefits of the capital increase for existing shareholders include a higher number of shares per holding and the preservation of the company's market value. However, such transactions typically result in a theoretical price adjustment (split), and investors should take this into account. After the CMB approval process, a specific timeline will be followed to execute the increase.
