İntetra Teknoloji opens bookbuilding for public offering: 40 million TL nominal value shares to be offered

İntetra Teknoloji has initiated its public offering process. The company will collect demand under the leadership of Bulls Yatırım until August 27, 2026. The ticker symbol INTET.HE will be used in the offering. Within the scope of the public offering, a total of 40 million TL nominal value shares will be offered to investors, comprising 30 million TL nominal value shares through capital increase and 10 million TL nominal value shares through shareholder sale.
