Bitcoin's Rally Not Enough for Bull Market

Despite Bitcoin recording a value increase of approximately 22% over the past thirty days, cryptocurrency analytics firm Nansen argues that this movement should not be interpreted as the start of a new bull market. The firm states that current data is insufficient to confirm an upward trend. Nansen Senior Research Analyst Nicolai Søndergaard points out that despite the positive market sentiment, some key indicators remain weak. In particular, the weakness of capital flows in spot markets, whales (known as large investors) taking positions in different directions, and outflows of approximately $236 million from spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) indicate that this optimism is not yet built on solid foundations. Søndergaard notes that the combination of these factors raises questions about the sustainability of the current price increase. The analyst emphasizes that investors should be cautious, taking such signals into account. In this uncertain environment in cryptocurrency markets, Bitcoin's short-term performance continues to be closely monitored by investors.
