The agreement is financed by STG Metals. The tin refiner in question is a company that has been operating for centuries and receives funding support from the US Department of Defense. Up to 100% of the Australian mining firm's production will be purchased under this agreement. The offtake agreement guarantees the sale of the mining firm's production to a long-term buyer, while also providing the refiner with security of raw material supply.
