IBM Research: Artificial Intelligence Generates New Workload in the Office

IBM’s survey of 8,800 employees across 28 countries found that while artificial intelligence boosts productivity, it also creates a new workload. Forty‑three percent of respondents reported that they bear responsibility when an AI error occurs. The study indicates that the likelihood of AI systems making mistakes adds extra pressure on staff, posing a significant risk to both employee satisfaction and the continuity of business processes.
