Bosch to Establish Semiconductor Division from 2028

German technology and engineering company Bosch has announced that it will create a separate semiconductor division as of January 2028 in order to consolidate its semiconductor activities under one roof. According to a Reuters report, the company aims with this step to reorganize its organizational structure in chip production and related technologies. The establishment of the new division is seen as part of Bosch's strategy to strengthen its position in the semiconductor field.
